Here at Ecologi we love trees, they play a vital part in protecting our planet. We'll fund the planting of 100 trees through our reforestation partners for any new business who takes action and joins Ecologi during Earth Month 🌱

 

The small print

  1. Introduction: By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promotion is offered by Ecologi Action Ltd, registered under the laws of England, with registered office at Hikenield House, East Anton Court, Icknield Way, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 5RG, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
  2. Eligibility for new customers: This promotion is open to new customers of the Company only. A new customer is defined as a person or entity who meets any of the following criteria within the month of April 2023:
    • Starts a new subscription for a Climate Positive Workforce®, Climate Friendly Workforce®, or on an Individual or Family Plan.
    • Makes a new account and first transaction in the Impact Shop.
    • Successfully signed up and connected Ecologi Zero® to your Xero accounting software.
    • API integration.
  3. Eligibility for existing customers: This promotion is also open to existing customers of the Company who received the email with the subject line “Get 100 free trees when you restart your subscription this Earth Month”. Existing customers who did not receive this email are not eligible for the offer.
  4. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid during the month of April, also known as Earth Month. The promotion period runs from 1st April to 30th April 2023.
  5. Promotion: For every new and existing customer who qualifies for the promotion according to the eligibility rules set out above during the promotion period, the Company will fund the planting of 100 trees in the customer’s name. 
  6. Tree Planting: Ecologi's reforestation partners will plant the trees within 18 months of the trees being funded. This time-frame ensures trees are planted at the time that maximises their chances of survival.
  7. Limitations: The 100 free trees are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. The trees cannot be planted in a specific location or in honour of a specific person, unless agreed upon by the Company and the customer in writing. The promotion is limited to 100 free trees per plan or customer.
  8. Impact Profile: The Company will display the number of trees planted on behalf of each customer in their public profile on the Ecologi website. This display will be updated by 30th May 2023 to reflect the trees planted under this promotion.
  9. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, the Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the customer as a result of such termination.
  10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
